SwellPro 3 Payload Release. We have now upgraded our SwellPro 3 Splash Drone for potential Search & Rescue operations or training.
The drone has been upgraded with a payload release capable of carrying up to 1kg.
The system comes with a 2-axis gimbal with 4K camera which can record or take stills.
A Lume Cube has been added to drone to allow operation in poor visibility, during darkness and to assist location of target subject.
The Lume Cube also provides the drone with higher visibility and aides the drone operator with flying to maintain visual.
Several flight tests have been carried to ascertain the best battery pack for operations and provide maximum power when required.
SwellPro 3 Payload Release
The drone itself meets IP 67 therefore is fully waterproof. In fact, it can operate from water for take-off and landing.
A fully waterproof cover for the controller has been purchased. This allows the controller to be used without water ingress causing issues.
The legs of the drone have been extended with Carbon Fibre tubing to allow better operation from stony surface without compromising the payload and payload system.
