Filming for Tom Scott

Just completed filming for Tom Scott which included ground filming and aerial on a well known Wainwright Fell in the Lake District.

The shoot was completed latter part of November 2020.

Tom Scott is an English YouTuber, game show host and web developer.

Tom who is best known for producing online videos for his YouTube channel, which mainly comprises educational videos across a range of topics including history, science, technology, and linguistics.

A full location visit was made prior to the shoot and full risk assessment produced.

Permissions were granted from Lake District National Park who were very helpful and issued the permit within hours of application. Full marks.

As Skylark Aerial Photography were also in the role of DoP for this shoot we wanted to make sure that all the filming angles were covered for both ground-based cameras and drone.

Filming for Tom Scott began early morning on a damp November morning. The weather held for the shoot, but rain followed late afternoon.

By then the film was in the can and ready to be edited at the London Studio.

We look forward to viewing the production latter part of this year on Tom’s YouTube Channel. A link has been attached to this blog if you wish to follow Tom.
