Waterford Farm The Yorkshire Dales filmed for real estate & marketing.

Just recently completed another small promotional film for Davis & Bowring in NW England.

The property a small farm in the Yorkshire Dales provided the ideal opportunity to use various drone techniques. These provide all the aspects required to market a property such as this.

Pull always, features, close orbits, high orbits, follow throughs, 45-degree aspects were all used.

A higher fps and higher definition filming to shoot the film. LUTs were used throughout the editing.

Wherever possible all vehicles are moved away and a thorough walk around to remove bins and other objects which would look unsightly.

Usually it takes around two hours to film a property such as this. Ground footage will also be used to compliment the drone filming.

Around 6 batteries will be used during the shoot. Mobile charging packs are always used on site.

Repeat and repeat is key when filming.
